Had one of the worst experiences with a vet ever at this location like a man to get a price on a heartworm treatment for my Great Dane as I began talking with the vet about the particular protocol that I wanted to go by he seemed to be insulted I have my own protocol and was not willing to use his particle he then proceeded to give me a price which I greatly appreciated but I had a couple of questions about a couple of things that were on his pricing when I asked my question leave again to get a rate in highly upset at me for even asking a question this that made me feel like I was trying to get something I wasn't supposed to have or trying to do something I wasn't supposed to do which of course none of the meds that I was getting pricing on can be used for anything else but its intended purpose. one is Heartgard and the other is a antibiotic I will gladly pay more for the medication my Great Dane needs before I deal with someone that is so disrespectful and unprofessional as this man was ....
After having my dog for 13 years she was having some very serious health problems. The only clinic she has been to was Cottonwood Animal Clinic. Unfortunately she could not be saved and as heart breaking as that is Dr. Wozow was incredibly genuine and sincere. He gave us comfort I'm our decision and we really appreciated that.
Friendly low cost fast service
I bring my Siberian Husky here. No issues at all! Never had a problem. Very reasonable prices, too. Dr. Wozow cares about the animals unlike most vets around here. Most other vets are into it for the money, not the animals.
We've been here a few times since 2013 (they came highly recommended and although they were further away we tried them anyway and were really pleased). However, this morning when I went to make an appointment the receptionist was quite rude; she didn't even say goodbye. I simply called to make an appointment for an annual visit and I myself was very pleasant, but she was obviously not having a great morning and it showed tremendously. We all have bad days so we can chalk it up to that but anyone who works in a public service mode knows that even on a bad day you should never be rude for no reason. I'm truly disappointed.
