I was there this evening and didn't leave Happy at all. I am disabled and legally deaf. I can't hear what the lady is saying prior to playing Bingo and also can't hear her call out the balls. I had over $200 worth of Bingo cards I purchased tonight but only used 5 not knowing that if I didn't get Bingo on any of the 5 cards then I would not get my $500 prize. I showed them I had a purse full of cards but was told No. I left with $0 I may get an incentive in the mail. They took advantage of me because I couldn't hear. I cried all the way home which is 75 miles away home. Today they sent me $400 free play which I am happy with
It doesn't payout like the real casino it's a waste of time and money
